|Fritz Mouson - Germany|
Friedrich Karl Mouson (10.06.1884-20.05.1926), called Fritz Mouson, was a German soap and perfume producer. From 1912 onwards he was a partner in the Mouson company. In collaboration with the architects Robert Wollmann and Josef Geittner, Fritz Mouson headed the technical and structural transformation of the manufacturing site in the Frankfurt city district Ostend from 1921 to 1926. For this comprehensive modernization of the factory, through which the company has become a largely automated industrial company which had then converted mainly to an assembly lines, Fritz Mouson had undertaken several journey in Germany and to America. The highlight and landmark of the new company premises, designed and built by Robert Wollmann from 1925-26, was the so-called Mousonturm, for which a significant creative influence is attributed to Fritz Mouson.
